Informatec Announces Leadership Succession and Transfers Operational Management to Internal Executive Team

Informatec, a Data & AI specialist based in Muttenz/Basel, is implementing its leadership succession plan. Founder and current CEO Rino Mentil will hand over operational management to a long-established internal executive team effective July 1, 2026. Christian Fischer will assume the role of CEO, Oliver Ruf will become COO, and Flávio Soares will take over as CTO. As part of the succession process, Margarida Mentil, previously CFO, will also step back from operational responsibilities.
